My inspiration for the Fall 2009 Serendipity Collection centered on the glimmers of hope emerging during the current economic conditions. The four-leaf clover represents the characteristics needed to weather tough times − hope, faith, love and luck. My inspiration for the hammered shells originated from the imperfect yet beautiful shapes found in nature such as barnacles and lily pads.
All pieces are made of 14k gold vermeil to offer an affordable alternative to solid 14k gold. The concept for each collection is to find a simple yet interesting combination of color and texture in order to create pieces with an understated elegance.
