Placing an Order: You can place an order through our secure online shopping cart using a major credit card or your Pay Pal account. Items usually ship within 2-3 business days. Once your order has been packed and shipped, it cannot be recalled or changed.
Canceling an Order: If you decide to cancel your order after you hit the send button, send an e-mail titled “Cancel Order” to orders@kymmotley.com. Please include your order number and phone number in your correspondence.
Sales Tax: We are required to charge sales tax on all items shipped within North Carolina.
Delivery and Shipping Rates: We use UPS real-time rates for shipping. Items are usually shipped within three (3) business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Once your order is mailed, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping agent.
Return Policy: Items must be returned to Kym Motley within 14 calendar days of the shipping date. Any returns received after this time will be charged a 50% restocking fee. Items must be sent in their original unused condition and include a copy of the invoice. We recommend purchasing insurance since we cannot be responsible for lost/damaged packages. Please package returns well, as items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted.
Exchange Policy: Exchanges are honored within 14 days of purchase. Please send an e-mail titled “exchange” to orders@kymmotley.com and indicate which item you would prefer. Mail the unworn exchange item to Kym Motley, 535 N. Alexander St., Charlotte, NC 28202. Include a copy of your invoice plus $8.00 for postage. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
